Why is your stone so much cheaper?
Because we have our factories as well as our own quarries, so you are working with the source, in quarry extraction, as well as the slab production.
Can we get cheaper rates for higher volumes?
Definitely - especially for regular, ongoing continuous orders
Where does your stone come from?
Our own quarries & factories in various countries around the world, depending on the type, pattern and thickness of stone requested. Plus special bargain opportunities if we are aware of overstock situations at other quarries.
How can we know the quality is as promised?
We have been in business for over 35 years, so with an international reputation to protect, we supply exactly what we promise on time. We directly control the source, quarrying process, slab production, quality control and container packing.
Can different stone types/patterns come in the same container?
Yes, the limit to this is determined by the source of the stone, which may be in different countries. All specialized order requests or unique orders are always discussed with our clients prior to supply.
What sizes can I order?
Any size and any pattern. We supply slabs, monuments as well as cut to size projects ordered for kitchens, bathrooms, monuments, office desks, floors, wall lining and more. Please make your request and we will consult directly with you.
What stone thickness/depths are available?
All product can be cut to size, so any thickness can be ordered. For uncut slabs only 20mm & 30mm slabs are supplied as per the international standard. For monuments, different thicknesses can be supplied ranging from 100mm (4 inches) up to 250mm (10 inches).
Is there a risk supply will be limited?
We are always transparent in our transactions. If there is a supply limitation due to quarry or other conditions we inform clients ahead of time, before finalizing the order. We will never take a deposit from you, then advise you after the fact about a shortage or technical problem if we already knew about it at the time of ordering.
How much lead time is required for an order?
Time varies with the quantity, the complexity and source of the stone sizes requested. A minimum lead time of 4-6 weeks for one container is necessary. Delivery times for specialized orders will be discussed with our clients before the order is finalized. International issues or other factors, over which we have no control can delay shipments. We will consistently communicate to our clients so they understand exactly what's happening.
Do you supply all types of stone?
Yes normally we do so, including engineered stone through to high-quality, luxurious natural stone of multiple types, patterns and colors. We also supply monument products in full container load volumes If requested.
